  • Scoped to one clinic

    Every request is scoped to a single clinic, so one workspace cannot read another’s.

  • Opening a record is logged

    Opening a patient record writes an entry to an audit trail.

  • Your keys, encrypted

    eSewa, Khalti and mail credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown back.

  • Passwords never stored

    Only one-way Argon2 hashes are kept, never a readable password.

  • HTTPS and CSRF tokens

    Traffic is served over HTTPS, and every form carries a per-session CSRF token.

  • Rate-limited sign-in

    Sign-in and other sensitive endpoints refuse runs of repeated attempts.
