Pricing questions
Only what the product and its billing actually do.
Yes. Every new clinic gets 15 days free on the plan it chooses at sign-up. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged until you decide to pay.
Yes. Every plan can be paid month by month or once a year, in Nepalese rupees, and paying yearly costs less over the year. Nothing renews on its own: you pay again from the workspace before your month or year ends.
From inside the workspace, with eSewa or Khalti. The payment settles and your plan activates straight away.
Yes. Choosing a plan opens clinic registration with that plan already selected. You can still switch before you pay.
Yes. You can move to a higher plan from the Billing page in your workspace whenever your team grows.
A lower plan stops you starting a feature it does not include, but never switches off one that is already running. A connected domain keeps serving, and nobody loses their sign-in.
