Heabst is clinic management software built in Kathmandu, Nepal. It connects a clinic's public website, its staff and doctors, live availability, patient booking and payments into one system instead of four disconnected ones.
The problem
Most clinics run on tools that do not talk to each other.
The website is built once and then goes stale. The appointment book is a notebook, a spreadsheet or a phone. Doctor availability lives in someone’s head. Payments are reconciled at the end of the day, by hand. None of these is a hard problem on its own; together they consume the attention a clinic would rather spend on patients.
Heabst exists because those four things are really one workflow. A patient who finds a clinic online and books a slot should create an appointment the front desk can already see, against a doctor whose hours are genuinely free, with a payment state everyone agrees on.
How we build
Four things we decided early.
Availability is the hard part
Doctor hours change weekly, shifts get cancelled, and walk-ins arrive off-grid. Heabst treats availability as real scheduling rather than a static opening-hours table, in Nepal time.
Clinical records deserve care
Patient records, diagnoses and uploaded reports are scoped to the clinic that created them, and every read of a patient record is recorded so the question “who opened this” stays answerable later.
The clinic owns its brand
A clinic’s public site runs on its own subdomain or its own domain, with its own name, colours and logo. Heabst is the system behind it, not the name above the door.

Heabst was founded in 2026 and is built in Kathmandu, Nepal. That shapes the product: appointment times are handled in Nepal time rather than converted into it, patients verify themselves with a mobile number, and online payment runs through eSewa and Khalti alongside cash at the counter.
