Heabst

From setup to appointment

Set up once. Then let it run.

Create the clinic, add the team, publish your website and your doctors' hours. From then on, every booking moves through one connected flow.

The connected path

Six steps. No dead ends.

The clinic sets up the foundation once. After that, patients move through a deliberately short booking flow, and every confirmed booking lands on the team’s schedule.

  1. 01 Create

    Create your clinic workspace.

Choose a plan, register the clinic and confirm your email with a code. Your clinic gets its own Heabst address straight away.

    • Clinic details
    • Email confirmed
    • yourclinic.heabst.com
  2. 02 Organise

Add doctors, reception and care team.

Invite each person once. Doctors, receptionists, nurses, technicians, therapists and hygienists each land in a workspace built for their role.

    • Doctors
    • Reception
    • Care team
  3. 03 Publish

    Build and publish your website.

Pick from 35 section types, set the clinic's colours and logo, and publish. From Growth, connect your own domain with managed HTTPS.

    • Sections
    • Colours and logo
    • Published
  4. 04 Schedule

    Publish real doctor hours.

Doctors set weekly hours and a visit length, mark days off, and publish the changes. Heabst turns them into bookable times, in Nepal time.

    • Weekly hours
    • Days off
    • Visit length
  5. 05 Book

    Patients pick a real slot.

Patients choose a doctor, a day and a genuinely free time, and see the fee before they book.

    • Day
    • Free time
  6. 06 Pay

    Paid before they walk in.

The slot is held for five minutes while the patient pays with eSewa or Khalti. The confirmed visit lands on the clinic's schedule, and reminder emails follow.

Before you begin

A few practical answers.

Everything here describes the product as it works today. Compare plans

How do patients sign in?

Patients create an account on the clinic's website with their name, email, mobile number and a password, and confirm their email with a one-time code. After that they sign in with their email and password.

Where do clinic staff sign in?

Clinic administrators, doctors, receptionists and care-team staff use the clinic's private staff sign-in. It is not shown anywhere in the patient's navigation.

Where does doctor availability come from?

Doctors publish weekly hours, visit length and days off from their workspace. Heabst turns those into bookable times on the clinic website, in Nepal time, and never offers a slot that is already taken.

What happens if a patient does not finish paying?

The slot is held for five minutes while the patient pays with eSewa or Khalti. If the payment does not complete, the hold is released and the slot is free for someone else.

Does the patient leave the clinic website?

Finding a doctor, choosing a time, signing in and reviewing the appointment all happen on the clinic's website. Payment continues through the clinic's own eSewa or Khalti checkout.
